Advanced class Bikram yoga is a sequence of 86 poses developed by Bikram Chowdhury for advanced practitioners, and includes both entry-level asanas and a series of more complex poses. For example, such asanas as a handstand, a headstand, a twine, exercises for opening the hips (lotus series), deep deflections (a full camel and a full cobra). The duration of the class is 2.5 hours, the lesson is held in a heated room.
