Jivamukti yoga ("Jiva" - soul, "Mukti - liberation") – author's style of yoga created and developed by Sharon Gannon and David Life.

The style is based on vinyasas, the sequence of poses combined with breathing and smoothly flowing into each other, studying sacred texts, nada-yoga (yoga of sound), bhakti-yoga (devotion to God), singing mantras and meditation.  Classes differ in the level of complexity, depending on the preparation of the group.

The lesson takes place at room temperature with music.
